"Once a cleaning date has been scheduled, how flexible is it to reschedule the appointment if necessary?"
Our scheduling system is flexible and we will do our best to work with yours. However, it is best to give a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled cleaning of cancellation and or rescheduling.
"Do you accept credit card payments?"
Yes! We accept all major credit cards for payment as well as cash or check.
"How do I schedule an appointment?"

"Do I pre-pay for the services or pay the cleaning attendant on the day of the cleaning?"
We accept payment upon completion of your scheduled cleaning. However, payments can be given over the phone to our offices prior to the scheduled cleaning at (800) 562-2311.
"Is your company insured and bonded with worker’s comp?"
Our company’s employees are all insured on a $2 million policy as well as bonded with workers comp.
"Do your cleaning attendants bring all cleaning supplies and equipment?"
Yes! Our cleaning attendants bring all necessary equipment and supplies to fulfill the job.
"Are your cleaning attendants employees of the company or subcontractors?"
All of our cleaning attendants are employees of our company.
"Is it a problem if pets are in the home at the time of cleaning?"
We love pets! It will never be an issue if pets are present during the cleaning process.
"What is included in the deep cleaning?"
The deep cleaning includes surface cleaning from floor to ceiling, cleaning the interior of appliances and cabinetry, as well as cleaning every crevice that is physically possible to reach.
"What is included in the basic/general cleaning?"
The basic or general cleaning includes typical home cleaning services; surface cleaning, folding and placement of laundry, and organization of living spaces.
